Privacy and rules
Last updated October 6, 2026
The short version. Luxxx is for adults 18 and older. Your profile and photos are public once you post them. Your email, date of birth and phone number stay private. Every photo is checked before it posts. You can delete your account at any time.
The rules
- You must be 18 or older to make a profile or book on Luxxx.
- Photos may only show adults. Nothing that shows, or looks like it shows, anyone under 18.
- No violence, blood, gore, weapons pointed at people, or images of death.
- No nudity or sexual acts. Swimwear, lingerie and fashion poses are fine.
- Only post photos of yourself, or photos you have the right to post.
- Be who you say you are. Fake profiles come down.
Every photo is checked by an automated scan before it posts, and anything that breaks the rules is turned away and never saved. The Luxxx team can hide or remove any profile or photo. To report something, text Luxxx at (954) 756-2863.
What we collect
- Your account: email, password (stored scrambled, so no one can read it), name, handle, and what you do.
- Your profile: city, rooms you work in, hourly rate, bio, Instagram, website, and the photos, videos and company logo you add.
- Talent only: your date of birth, to confirm you are 18 or older. It is never shown on your profile.
- Optional: a phone number, seen only by the Luxxx team to set up bookings.
- Jobs, applications, comments, likes, reposts and follows, and any reports you make.
Who sees what
- Your name, handle, role, city, rooms, rate, bio, links, photos, comments, reposts and who you follow are public.
- When you apply to a job, the brand that posted it sees your profile and your email so they can reach you.
- Your email, date of birth and phone are never shown publicly.
- Booking requests are sent by text message to Luxxx from your own phone.
Photo and video checks
To check a photo, a copy is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI service, which looks for anything that breaks the rules above. Photos that fail are not stored by Luxxx. Photos that pass are saved to our server with location and camera details stripped out.
Videos are sent to Sightengine, a content safety service, which checks one frame every second. A video posts only if every frame passes. Videos that fail are not stored by Luxxx.
Cookies and your browser
We use one cookie to keep you logged in. Your browser also remembers that you confirmed your age and what is in your booking cart. We don't use advertising trackers.
Deleting your account
Go to My profile, then Account, then Delete my account. Your profile, photos, jobs and applications are removed for good.
